SLP & The Agency Continue to Top WA Rankings: The Agency Group Australia Ltd (ASX: AU1) wholly owned real estate business continues to grow, as Sell Lease Property (SLP) and The Agency are leading the rankings in Western Australia for May 2018. For May 2018, based on independent analysis from the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA) analysis, SLP is recognised as the Top Office by Listings Sold, selling 53 properties worth $24,314,750 for the month, while The Agency has come in the second place with 52 listings sold valued at $32,050,000. In May, The Agency and Sell Lease Property combined has ranked fifth in Western Australia for $ value and fourth in number of sales. The Agency and SLP were placed first and second places, respectively for top office in WA for January, February, March and April 2018. Additionally, The Agency’s East Coast operations have also achieved significant results throughout 2018 to date. The Agency East Coast’s auction clearance rate for New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland is at 80 per cent currently, which is 27 per cent higher than the industry average. The Agency East Coast operation is also growing rapidly with 12 new recruits in the last six weeks, and has expanded the team to 104 agents. Meanwhile, AU1 stock has fallen 43.75% in three months as on June 26, 2018.
