Trading Halt – Yojee Limited

Yojee Limited’s (ASX: YOJ) shares were in a trading halt on 12 July 2018 and reflected 0.0% intra-day volatility from the last price of $0.130 as the group requested that the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) placed a trading halt over shares in the company pending the release of an announcement by the company and the securities will not be trading until the prior of the beginning of normal trading on July 16, 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market. The objective of the trading halt is to raise 60 million new equity by the Company through the share placement. Further, the trading halt will enable the Placement to take place in a methodical manner. For this, the company has engaged Foster Stockbroking Pty Ltd as the sole and exclusive Lead Manager to the aforesaid event.

On the financial front, the current ratio stood at 20.16x in 1HFY18, representing a healthy liquidity position of the firm. Account receivable days substantially decreased from 1558.5 days to 60.3 days in the past six months which is likely to be in-line with the industry median (62.4 days). As at 31 March 2018, the group had a cash reserve of circa $3.727 Mn. Meanwhile, the stock has fallen 7.14 per cent in the last five days as on July 11, 2018 with an average trading volume of 3,02,919. The group had circa $99.77 Mn market capitalization before the halt.
